Our Mission 

Sicangu Owayawa Oti staff, with the assistance of the Board of Directors, parents/guardians, and students will create a positive, safe and secure environment free of violence, drugs, alcohol, tobacco and fear in order to promote academic success amongst our students.  All Native American children will learn through support and knowledge by practicing:
